Client brief review, feasibility screen, commercial envelope confirmation.

Survey
TSSR site survey — riser mapping, existing services capture, digital dossier compilation.

Design
Concept, detailed and IFC drawings with load calcs, BOQs and MAR packages.

Approve
Client, consultant and authority approvals — DEWA, Civil Defence, du, DDA where applicable.
05
Execute
MSRA-controlled installation with daily WIR, weekly progress and photo evidence.
06
Commission
T&C, third-party testing, snag closure and de-snag walkdown with the client.
07
Handover
As-builts, O&M manuals, warranty certificates and formal takeover certificate.
